Advance Cargo Information System (Aviation)

As part of the Customs Authority’s ongoing efforts to reduce the time  release of goods, by utulizing the advanced technical mechanisms through the "NAFEZA" platform — which includes the electronic submission of shipment documents and data from the foreign exporter abroad—and in continuation of the advance cargo information system, we announce to stakeholders involved in air cargo that the trial operation phase of the Advance Cargo Information system for air shipments (Aviation ACI) will continue until 31/12/2025, with the mandatory operation phase starting from 01/01/2026

Egyptian Importers must ensure that their data is updated on the “NAFEZA” platform, and notify the foreign exporters they deal with of the necessity to register on the Blockchain platform. The company, in coordination with the Customs Authority, will extend invitations to stakeholders to attend workshops and refresher training courses that will be organized during the coming period.
