The Agricultural Export Council invited the company to a discussion session to present the new export system that will be implemented soon on “Nafeza” platform. The session took place on Tuesday, October 14, 2026, at the Council’s headquarters, under the supervision of Mr. Abdel Hamid Demerdash, Chairman of the Council, and in the presence of Eng. Mohamed Khalil, Vice Chairman, Dr. Sami Ramadan, Mr. Ahmed El-Askalany, Deputy Head of the Egyptian Customs Authority, Mr. Amr Abu El-Nour, Head of the Exporters’ Support Unit at the Customs Authority, Eng. Gamal Kotb, General Manager of the Company, Eng. Khaled Nassef, Official Spokesman and Media Advisor, Eng. Mohamed Khamis, Business Analysis Manager and Export Project Manager, and Ms. Amira Mohamed, Head of the Business Analysis Department.
The session was attended by more than 60 participants representing over 40 companies working in the field of export, shipping agents, shipping agencies, and customs brokers.
The session was opened and moderated by Eng. Mohamed Khalil, who started it with a welcoming speech on behalf of the Council’s Chairman, Mr. Ahmed El-Askalany made a presentation highlighting the key procedures and recent updates implemented as part of the Customs Authority’s modernization plan.
Eng. Gamal Kotb also gave a speech in which he discussed the role of (MTS) and “Nafeza” platform in facilitating trade movement and supporting the customs ecosystem. He represented a detailed presentation on the new export process to help Egyptian exporters understand the export procedures after the implementation of the new Export system on “Nafeza.”
Participants raised several questions and inquiries, which were addressed by representatives of both the Customs Authority and the company. The session concluded with an agreement to hold another meeting to respond to any further inquiries.
